Our Journey...

1977 - OJs Knitwear

Our founder Paul Ojla opens his wholesale clothing business in Elm Grove, Portsmouth. Specialising in wholesale knitwear to supply the south coast.

1987 - Harry Limes Show Bar

With the company in a strong financial position from the growth of OJs Knitwear and property developments, Paul diversified the company; acquiring his first licensed premises. The Harry Limes Show Bar was a prominent show bar and restaurant in Portsmouth, and the company's first venture into the night time economy.

1993 - Club EQ

The Harry Limes Show-bar was converted from a show-bar and restaurant, into a 750 capacity nightclub, this became Portsmouth's premier nightclub and was the first super-club in the city. This was the company's first venture into large scale nightlife developments.

2000 - Elegance Gentleman's Club

During the tenure of Club EQ, a promoter would hire out a section of the club to hold Adult Entertainment Nights. Recognising the success of these nights, Paul converted a section of the site into Elegance Gentleman's Club. This was the beginning of the company's venture into the Adult Entertainment Industry.

2012 - Wiggle Acquisition

Following the liquidation of nightclub operator Future 3000 PLC, Paul acquired the Wiggle Adult Entertainment Club. A prominent site in Bournemouth's night-time economy.

2015 - Wiggle Portsmouth

Planning and licensing was obtained to convert the existing hotel above The Surrey Arms site into a Gentleman's Club. Following the great success found in the Wiggle Bournemouth business model, the company began to expand its Adult Entertainment Club sites.

2016 - Wiggle Southampton

With the Adult Entertainment Club's, proving a profitable venture, the company acquired an existing club in Southampton. Refurbishing it and expanding the Wiggle brand to 3 sites across Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth.

2018 - Wiggle Weymouth

With all Adult Entertainment Clubs proving successful, a 5th site was acquired in Weymouth. The company is now one of the leading Adult Entertainment Club operators in the UK. Paul's son, Taran Ojla, started managing this club at the age of 18 years old, learning the family business and the operation of strip clubs.

2020 - Wiggle Southampton Expansion

The Southampton branch was continually seeing year on year growth. The adjoining premises was acquired, allowing the premises to expand and triple in size. Allowing it to become the premier adult entertainment club in Southampton. Taran Ojla, after finishing university, then became the full time manager of the company's newly refurbished site; now with a focus on growing the company.

We continue to grow and expand our portfolio to include more licensed premises, property developments and other acquisitions.
