Policy Points
SIA Trained Security Operatives
Our venues only operate with SIA licensed security operatives. We employ a higher ratio of security compared to the industry standard to ensure that incidents can be prevented in our venues.
Qualified First Aiders
All venues operate with at least one dedicated first aider, who holds a first aid certification, to ensure the safety of our guests.
Free water
Guests shall always have access to free potable water, available at our bar.
Guests showing signs of intoxication will be encouraged to uptake non-alcoholic options.
Chaperones
A same gender member of our team will always be able to assist a guest.
Taxi Escort
Our security personnel shall offer an escort to guests and performers to a licensed taxi rank, or offer to call a taxi.
Use of a phone
To ensure our guests always have a line of contact, our venues will always allow access to a phone, so guests can make calls in the event of an emergency.

All our staff undergo training to ensure that they can take preventative measures to stop disorderly conduct.
lost property
All lost property is kept in a secure space in our venues, our contact us page features a logging system for lost property requests which are sent to all our venues.

All our venues employ the Ask Angela safety initiative. Our team are trained to recognise if a guest makes the request, to ensure their safety.
